Sarah Foran | Paediatric Speech Pathologist

Sarah is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist with over six years of experience supporting children and families across a wide range of communication and developmental needs. She graduated from the University of Sydney and has spent her career with NSW Health, working across hospital and community settings in both metropolitan and rural areas. Sarah currently works at Royal North Shore Hospital and has recently launched The Little Speech Studio, offering flexible, mobile speech pathology services across Sydney.

Sarah has worked collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams alongside occupational therapists, paediatricians, psychologists, physiotherapists and educators. Her experience across rural settings has strengthened her commitment to accessible, family-centred care, particularly for families with limited access to services. She has also been involved in clinical supervision for fellow speech pathologists and project work focused on building the capacity of early childhood educators and GPs to identify communication concerns early and support children’s development.

​Sarah’s approach is warm, collaborative and evidence-based, with therapy tailored to each child’s individual strengths, needs and goals. Sarah is passionate about supporting children to communicate with confidence and helping families feel supported every step of the way.
